Pallet Master automatic pallet dispensers and stackers

Automatic stacking, storage and one-at-a-time dispensing of empty pallets, without lifting or restacking by hand.

How does Pallet Master work?

An empty pallet is brought in at floor level with a manual or electric pallet truck. In stacking mode, Pallet Master automatically lifts the existing stack and takes in the new pallet, then leaves the space free for the next one. In dispensing mode, the unit lowers one pallet to the floor and lifts the rest of the stack again, so the dispensed pallet is ready to be picked up straight away. The process runs without lifting, turning or restacking pallets by hand. The pallet always comes to the operator at floor level – no taking pallets off the stack by hand and no lifting of empty pallets. Versions are available for 16 or 25 pallets.

What does Pallet Master do?

Automatic pallet stacking

A single empty pallet is fed into the unit, which then automatically adds it to the existing stack.

Automatic pallet dispensing

One empty pallet is automatically separated from the stack and lowered to floor level, ready to be picked up with a pallet truck.

Tidy storage

Empty pallets stay stacked vertically in a defined space instead of taking up production and logistics floor area or forming unstable stacks.

Handling a whole stack

With suitable versions, a whole stack of pallets can be put into or taken out of the unit with a forklift in one go.

Pallet types it can handle

EUR pallets

The standard 1,200 × 800 mm format.

Industrial pallets

Pallets in the 1,200 × 1,000 mm format.

CHEP pallets

Compatible versions for the pallet pooling systems widely used in logistics, retail and the FMCG industry.

Half pallets

Special versions for 600 × 800 mm.

Why automate empty-pallet handling?

Less manual lifting

Empty wooden pallets are large and awkward, and operators often lift, turn and take them off the stack by hand. Automatic dispensing removes much of that handling.

Safer storage

Pallets stay stacked in a controlled way inside the unit, reducing the risk of unstable or toppled stacks.

Faster pallet pick-up

The next empty pallet is always ready at floor level, with no taking a pallet off the top of the stack by hand.

Less pallet damage

Controlled stacking and dispensing reduce knocks, throwing and rough handling, which can extend the service life of the pallets. Pallet Master itself lists better pallet preservation as one of the benefits of automated handling.

Tidier workplace

The pallet stack stands in a predetermined position, which makes it easier to organise the space around production and logistics lines.
