Automotive industry

Batteries, tyres, glass, crates, drums and other automotive components are often heavy, awkward or sensitive to handle by hand. Our solutions take the weight of the load and make lifting, moving and positioning in the production process safer, more ergonomic and more precise.

The problem

The automotive industry involves a large amount of repetitive handling of different components, packaging and process containers. Batteries, tyres, glass, crates, drums, metal parts and other assemblies have to be lifted, moved and brought precisely to assembly or production positions.

Such loads are often heavy, awkwardly shaped or have sensitive surfaces. With batteries and metal assemblies the problem is weight, with glass and painted parts it is protecting the surface, while with tyres and larger components the dimensions and difficult manual grip are further challenges.

Repetitive manual lifting throughout the shift increases physical strain and operator fatigue, while imprecise positioning can damage a part or slow down assembly.

Handling equipment must therefore provide enough capacity, controlled movement and precise positioning of the load at the same time.

How we solve it

Lifting and positioning batteries and heavy components

Mobile lifting trolleys, electric lifters and custom grippers let batteries, metal components, assemblies and other heavier parts be lifted and placed precisely on an assembly position, trolley or production machine.

Handling tyres and wheels

Tyres, wheels and other round elements can be lifted and moved safely between pallets, conveyors and workstations. Depending on the process, the solution is adapted to the weight, diameter and gripping method so the operator has as little need as possible to hold the load by hand.

Handling glass and sensitive surfaces

Vacuum lifters allow automotive glass, panels and other flat or sensitive components to be gripped safely and positioned precisely. Controlled movement reduces the chance of slipping, knocks or surface damage during assembly.

Crates, drums and internal logistics

Crates, containers and drums of components, fluids or process materials can be lifted, moved, tilted or emptied with suitable equipment. This makes it easier to supply material to the production line and reduces the need to handle heavy containers by hand.

From the delivery of components and supply of assembly lines to handling body parts, sub-assemblies and finished products – we tailor our solutions to the dimensions, weight and sensitivity of the load and the requirements of automotive production.
