EdmoLift lift tables and platforms
Lifting pallets, products and work positions to the right height – from simple ergonomic applications to heavy industrial processes.
The load at the right height
The lift table takes the weight of the load and brings it to the height needed for work, assembly, palletising or connection to a production line. This reduces the need for bending, stretching and manual lifting, while the operator or an automated system can work at a suitable height. The tables can be used as stand-alone workstations or integrated into conveyors, production lines and automated systems.
Which version suits your process?
Standard scissor lift tables
A universal solution for lifting pallets, products, machines and other loads in production, warehousing and logistics. Many dimensions, lifting heights and capacities are available, along with adaptation to the specific process.
Low-profile lift tables
For applications where a low closed height and easy loading without a pit matter. U- and E-shaped platforms let a pallet be placed directly on the table with a hand pallet truck, and the closed height of some versions is just 80–100 mm.
Vertical double and triple scissor tables
When a greater lifting height is needed with a relatively compact platform, several scissor mechanisms are stacked one above the other. Versions are available with up to approximately 5.9 m of lifting stroke and capacities up to 5,000 kg.
Horizontal double scissor tables
For long, large and heavy loads, two synchronised pairs of scissors support an extended platform. Standard versions allow platforms up to approximately 6.2 m long and capacities up to 10,000 kg.
Stainless steel lift tables
Stainless steel versions are intended for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries with higher requirements for hygiene and corrosion resistance. EdmoLift uses AISI 304 / EN 1.4301 stainless steel as standard for the platform, base and scissors.
Heavy Duty lift tables
For continuous and especially demanding processes, the HD series is available, developed for 24/7 operation and EN 1570-1 category 5. EdmoLift states a tested endurance of more than 512,000 cycles at rated load.
Where are lift tables used?
Workplace ergonomics
The pallet or product is kept at a suitable working height so that the operator does not have to keep reaching towards the floor.
Palletising and depalletising
The pallet height adjusts as products are stacked or removed, reducing bending when working with the lower layers.
Supplying production lines
The lift table connects two different heights of conveyors, machines or other parts of the process.
Assembly and production
The workpiece or assembly is lifted to a height suitable for assembly, inspection, processing or servicing.
Lifting large and heavy loads
Long platforms and high-capacity versions allow machines, structures, pallets and other large products to be lifted.
Vertical transport
In suitable versions, the table can be used to lift loads between different working levels or as part of a specialised vertical transport solution. For vertical double and triple scissors, EdmoLift also lists applications such as work platforms and goods lifts.
