Lifting loads to ergonomic height
Working with loads on the floor or at the wrong height puts needless strain on the operator. Our solutions bring the load to the optimal working height and make everyday production and logistics tasks easier.
The problem
In production and logistics, operators often work with pallets, boxes, containers, components or other loads sitting just above the floor or at an unsuitable height.
As material is taken from the pallet or placed on it, the working height keeps changing. The operator therefore has to bend repeatedly, reach down or work above the optimal height.
The problem is especially pronounced in tasks repeated many times per shift – for example in order picking, packing, assembly, stacking goods or supplying production lines.
Prolonged work in such positions increases physical strain, speeds up operator fatigue and can slow down the whole work process.
How we solve it
We use lift tables, platforms and other solutions that bring the load to a height suited to the task and to the operator.
The pallet, container, workpiece or other equipment is raised and lowered as needed, so the work is done in a more ergonomic position without needless bending and stretching.
Depending on the process, the solution can be stationary or mobile, manually or electrically operated, and integrated into an existing workstation or production flow.
When working with pallets, the height of the load can also be adjusted continuously as the pallet fills or empties, so the operator keeps a comfortable working height for most of the work cycle.
Instead of the operator adapting to the height of the load, the height of the load adapts to the operator.
What our solution gives you
Less bending and stretching
The load is brought to a suitable working height, reducing the need to work in unfavourable positions.
Less physical strain
The operator works in a more natural position and spends less energy on repetitive lifting, bending and reaching for the load.
A more even work pace
Easier access to the material makes handling simpler and helps keep a steadier rhythm throughout the shift.
A workstation suited to the process
Height, capacity, platform dimensions and the control method can be adapted to the specific load and way of working.
