Lifting and emptying crates, containers and boxes
Heavy boxes, crates and containers are still often lifted and emptied by hand. Our solutions allow controlled lifting, tilting and emptying with less physical strain on the operator.
The problem
In production and internal logistics, material often arrives in boxes, crates, plastic containers or other bins that have to be lifted to working height, moved or emptied into the next stage of the process.
When such loads are lifted and tilted by hand, the operator has to control the weight of the container and its contents at the same time. The problem grows with heavier loads, larger dimensions and repetitive cycles during the shift.
Emptying into a machine, container or work area often means bending, lifting above the optimal height or holding the load in an awkward position.
The result can be greater physical strain, slower work, poorer control over emptying and a higher risk of spillage or uncontrolled movement of the load.
How we solve it
We use equipment that allows controlled lifting, transport, tilting and emptying of boxes, crates and containers.
The load is placed on a suitable platform or carrier, lifted to the required height and, where needed, tilted or rotated so that the contents are emptied into a machine, container, workbench or other process point.
The operator does not have to carry the full weight of the load by hand or hold it throughout the emptying process.
The solution is adapted to the dimensions and weight of the container, the required lifting height, the tilt angle and how the contents need to be emptied.
The equipment takes the weight and controls the tilt while the operator manages positioning and emptying.
What our solution gives you
Less physical strain
The equipment takes the weight of the container and reduces the need to lift, hold and tilt it by hand.
More controlled emptying
Lifting and tilting can be controlled more precisely, which makes dosing easier and reduces the chance of the contents tipping out suddenly.
Safer work
More stable gripping and controlled movement reduce the risk of the load slipping, tipping or moving uncontrollably.
A more efficient process
Easier lifting and emptying make repetitive operations simpler and can reduce the need for extra manual work.
