Lifting, tilting and emptying in one unit

The Logitrans Rotator takes the box or container with side arms, lifts it from the pallet or floor to the required height and rotates it in a controlled way. Partial tilting brings the contents closer to the operator and reduces the need for bending and stretching, while a larger rotation angle allows the contents to be emptied into another container, machine or process equipment. The rotator combines transport, height adjustment and rotation of the load in one unit.

Fixed or adjustable grippers?

Fixed grippers

When boxes or containers of the same dimensions are used in the process, a simpler version with fixed arms is a robust and efficient solution. Depending on the weight, height and required rotation angle, one or two sets of arms are used, with additional clamps where needed.

Adjustable grippers

For plants that use boxes of different widths, Logitrans offers a rotator with manually adjustable arms. As standard, the gripping range adjusts for widths of approximately 800–1,200 mm, so the same unit can be used for several container formats.

Electric control and precise rotation

For more frequent handling, versions with electric lifting and rotation are available, as well as fully motorised versions.

Logitrans allows the rotation angle, speed and stop positions to be set, with controlled acceleration and deceleration. Digital control can log work cycles, operating time, battery status and overloads, and allows repeatable positions to be programmed.
