Electric hoists
Precise, controlled lifting of loads, from lighter components to heavy industrial products.
Electric hoists allow loads to be lifted, lowered and positioned precisely with minimal physical effort from the operator. Depending on the weight of the load, the speed required and the operating conditions, wire rope hoists are available for fast and flexible handling, and chain hoists for heavy loads and demanding industrial processes. Different gripping tools allow handling of rolls, drums, boxes, panels, components and other products.
Two versions for different tasks
Wire rope hoists
The wire rope hoist is intended for applications where speed, precision and simple control matter. It is available in a version up to 60 kg with a lifting speed of up to 0.75 m/s, and in a more powerful version up to 120 kg with a speed of up to 0.35 m/s. Variable speed allows a fast approach to the working position and very precise final positioning of the load. The standard lifting stroke is 2,000 mm, the power supply is 230 V, and control can be one-handed or two-handed, depending on the process.
Chain hoists
For heavier loads and more intensive industrial work, electric chain hoists with a capacity of up to 1,600 kg are used. The design is intended for demanding operating conditions, including multi-shift work, dusty and chemically aggressive environments, and outdoor use. The hoist and the control pendant are rated IP65. The chain hoist uses 42 V low-voltage control, a robust braking system and a chain with a safety factor of at least 8 under the stated standards. The compact design keeps lost headroom to a minimum, which helps where the available building height is limited.
The hoist is only part of the system
The electric hoist is combined with a gripping tool adapted to the specific load and a suitable suspension system. Depending on the work area, the hoist can be suspended from a jib crane or an overhead rail system that allows horizontal movement between the pick-up and set-down points.
Different grippers for different loads
Hooks
For conventional lifting of loads with existing lifting eyes, chains or slings.
Mechanical grippers
For components, containers, rolls and other products that need a secure mechanical grip.
Vacuum grippers
For panels and products with a suitable surface when a fast, gentle grip is needed.
Roll grippers
These grip a roll through its core or from the outside and, depending on the version, tilt and rotate it.
Special grippers
For batteries, automotive components, sacks, jerrycans and other loads of non-standard shape.
