General information on vacuum lifters
TAWI vacuum lifters improve workplace efficiency and simplify tasks for workers on production lines.
The vacuum pump, powered by three-phase current and eliminating the need for compressed air, creates a vacuum within the system to lift and lower loads. TAWI vacuum lifters can adapt to even the most demanding conditions, offering both standard and specialized gripping tools.
They can handle a maximum load of 270 kg and are suitable for use in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, wood, packaging, and logistics. Vacuum manipulators have several advantages over other types of manipulators, including quick load gripping, safety, user-friendliness, and very low operational and maintenance costs.
Vacuum technology is ideal for the safe handling of loads, reducing the risk of product damage and ensuring worker safety. Key components of the vacuum manipulator include a three-phase vacuum pump, a filter, a flexible air hose, a flexible lift tube with a control handle, and a gripping tool designed for the specific load being handled.
For optimal functionality, the vacuum lifters come with compatible crane systems or jib arm consoles along which the lifter moves. The guide wheels are designed to glide smoothly along the tracks or arm profiles, enabling the seamless transport of goods to the desired location.
In addition to fixed rail or console-based manipulators, mobile versions are available. These mobile manipulators can be moved around a production plant, logistics center, or warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.

TAWI VacuEasylift multifunctional vacuum lifters
TAWI VacuEasylift VM multifunctional vacuum manipulators offer extensive applications due to their variety of gripping tools for load handling. The quick coupling mechanism on the suction head allows for easy exchange of gripping tools, enabling a single vacuum manipulator to lift diverse loads such as bags, boxes, pails, drums, canisters, and blocks.
These versatile manipulators are available in nine different models, each tailored to accommodate various load weights, with a maximum capacity of 270 kg. They are also offered in stainless steel versions that meet FDA standards for high hygiene requirements and in ATEX versions suitable for explosive environments.
TAWI TP high-frequency vacuum lifters
TAWI TP highfrequency manipulators facilitate the safe and ergonomically efficient handling of loads with just one hand, allowing users to control the lifting height with their fingertips. The TP manipulator’s design ensures rapid gripping and lifting of loads, making it ideal for handling items such as boxes, packages, blocks, buckets or barrels in any production plant, logistics department, distribution center, or warehouse.
These highfrequency manipulators are available in four different models, each designed for varying load weights, with a maximum capacity of 65 kg. They are offered in a stainless steel version that complies with FDA standards for high hygiene and in an ATEX version suitable for explosive environments.
TAWI Lyftman crane systems and jib arms for vacuum lifters
TAWI Lyftman crane system is customized to match the production plant’s specifications and customer requirements. Tracks can be made from steel or aluminum, chosen based on the load weight and suspension method. We offer a variety of standard and specialized suspensions for ceilings and ceiling beams. For plants with high ceiling, steel downlinks can be installed to lower the tracks to the necessary height, ensuring both minimum and maximum lifting height conditions are met. For production environments requiring high hygiene standards, stainless steel (INOX) tracks designs are available.
TAWI Lytman jib arms and consoles for vacuum manipulators can be provided either independently or in combination with a steel column. Independent arms are mounted to the wall, while those combined with a steel column are fixed to the column, which is secured to the floor with four anchor bolts. These arms come in powder coated steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The maximum length of the aluminum console is 6 meters, whereas the steel console can extend up to 7 meters. Additionally, arms with a standard profile, low installation height for low ceilings, or jointed designs are available.
TAWI MOP mobile multipurpose vacuum lifters
TAWI MOP Mobile Order Picker is a mobile vacuum multipurpose manipulator that facilitates the handling of heavy loads at different locations in a production facility, logistics center or warehouse.
Using this system, the manipulation of loads weighing up to 80 kg is significantly simplified and facilitated for workers. Inside the housing there is a battery that serves as a power source for the vacuum pump. Battery capacity depends on a number of factors, but the approximate capacity is three to four hours of continuous operation. The product has two slots on the bottom for the forks of pallet jacks or forklifts, which makes it easy to transport from one place to another.
Other parts of the manipulator are identical to the standard version of the TAWI VacuEasylift multipurpose vacuum manipulator, which means that loads are gripped using vacuum, but also lifted and lowered. The manipulator is hung on a two-meter-long articulated arm, whose position on the MOP frame can be changed.
Since the lifting unit is a multi-purpose manipulator, the TAWI MOP can be applicable for handling various types of loads as the lifting tools can be quickly and easily changed.
Using the special version of the TAWI EasyReach tool, it is possible to reach the load inside the pallet racks.
TAWI MHL mobile vacuum lifters
TAWI MHL is a mobile vacuum high-frequency manipulator that enables fast and efficient manipulation of loads weighing up to 50 kg. The compact design and simple mobility around the production plant, warehouse or logistics center enables the use of the manipulator in different places.
The product comes with factory-connected components of the manipulator, which are the same as the parts of the standard versions of the TAWI TP manipulator, and a socket for powering the vacuum pump. The device is easily portable using a pallet or forklift. The compact version with an installation height of 2.1 – 2.6 m enables applicability in confined spaces, containers, pallet racks, etc.
The high-frequency manipulator is installed on a carbon articulated arm with a low installation height, two meters long.
Mobile, compact and Plug&Play ergonomic solution for handling loads such as boxes and packages.
